Cricket Victoria's (CV) Harmony in Cricket philosophy celebrates the message that cricket is a game for everyone.
We proudly acknowledge that Victorian cricket clubs are a place where everybody, regardless of their cultural background, religion, gender, age or ability feels welcome.
If a person has a passion for cricket; our clubs have a place for them.

HiCA is the Harmony in Cricket Association. The initiative was established with the support of VicHealth who provided research, professional advice and funding that enabled the development of the program.

HiCA was developed with the aim of creating safe, accessible, inclusive and equitable sport environments for all in the community.  It provides social cricket leagues with specific benefits such as insurance, ground allocation, MyCricket access, staff support and high-performance/junior pathway while allowing the leagues to continue to play their existing competitions.

HiCA is divided into two regions in metropolitan Melbourne. Each region is aligned with the Melbourne BBL teams. The South-Eastern Region is known as the Stars and the North-Western Region is known as the Renegades.
